Beth was born and raised in Texas and later moved to San Diego. She comes from a background in both product management and urban housing policy, bringing a unique combination of problem solving, research, and managing competing interests to best support her clients. She attended Trinity University and earned her degree in Urban Studies, equipping her with the skills to learn the ins and outs of every area – ranging from zoning and development to neighborhood change – and provide data-driven guidance. She began her real estate career to share her passion for neighborhoods and client advocacy to create an experience where each client has the tools, knowledge, and support to find the best home for them. As a recent California homebuyer, she empathetically understands the challenges and wins of buying a home and is committed to proactively preventing stress points for her clients. Beth lives in La Mesa with her partner and two dogters and can be found frequenting the Coronado dog beach, going for neighborhood walks, and searching for the best coffee in the city. She’s committed to cultivating inclusive relationships filled with transparency, authenticity, and respect.
